Award-winning Biscuit & Chicken Restaurant Brand Secures First of Five San Diego locations

Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken local franchisee has signed a lease to open the brand’s first San Diego restaurant at 6364 El Cajon Blvd, located within the local San Diego State University neighborhood. The restaurant is targeting a Fall 2023 opening.

Rise’s San Diego State University location is the first of give Rise locations that Kasid plans to open as part of his five-unit franchise agreement. He plans to target potential sites in Downtown San Diego, Mission Valley, and Pacific Beach as well.
