Savannah Seafood Shack takes an innovative spin on this traditional meal by serving it as a single-person portion bag with the option of having peeled and deveined shrimp for a mess-free meal in a matter of minutes. Founder and CEO Christine Tsoi Cutlip, a first-generation Chinese American raised in Savannah, drew inspiration for Savannah Seafood Shack from the fresh seafood markets her family owned during her childhood.
