Position: Director of Development, Franchise Sales
Location: Position openings in both East Coast (Alexandria VA)
and West Coast (Irvine, CA) offices, please specify your desired location. Relocation
is not available at this time. We do also work with lead referral agents nationwide
on a commission only basis.

in growing local or regional concepts into national chains. Fransmart manages a
portfolio of brands and helps sell development territories to high net-worth individuals
and experienced chain operators. We provide support to our portfolio companies helping
them secure high quality real estate, enhance and manage their unit economics and
secure brand awareness within the restaurant and franchise industry.
About You: Fransmart is looking for a motivated, results-driven
sales professional with a proven ability to achieve revenue goals to represent one
or more brands from the Fransmart portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects through incoming leads and proactive outbound cold calling
- Work a significant flow of incoming leads provided to you on a daily basis
- Contract negotiation
- Real Estate analysis
- Coordinate and conduct sales meetings
- Overnight travel required, minimum 4 nights a month

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 1 year proven inside/outside sales experience
- Proof of quota attainment and sales ranking
- Experience selling complex, high-dollar volume solutions
