Glo's fresh faced founder
Founded in 2012 by Dr. Arleen Lamba, Glo30 is the result of two decades of scientific research of treatments and products designed to prevent skin issues before they start, and technology that would take the guesswork out of skincare. While her knowledge of skincare runs deep, Lamba is not a dermatologist – she’s an anesthesiologist whose motivation for starting a skincare business was her own struggle with adult acne. She built Glo30 from the ground up – and from the point of view of the consumer, not a medical professional. With the Glo30 member in mind, Lamba has transformed the skin game- giving rise to a new category of skincare services that meets guests where they are – affordable, approachable and accessible routine facials delivering measurable results via personalized treatments.
With expansion plans a key focus for Lamba, she’s growing Glo30 from the point of view of the franchisee. She and her team have developed back-end technology that’s outpacing competitors and streamlining operations, automating everything for turnkey onboarding, training, payroll, management and reporting.
