Merzi serves up modern interpretations of classical Indian flavors in a contemporary style. Merzi, which means “choice” in Urdu, Hindi and Punjab, will change the way Indian cuisine is served and eaten. Merzi gives customers the power to create custom meals on a fast casual assembly line full of premium ingredients spiced to perfection. Merzi's Indian-inspired meals are simple to order and healthy, fresh and flavorful.
Meals are built from either a warm oven-baked Naan Roll, filled with a choice of meat and vegetables; a Rice Bowl with long grain fragrant Basmati rice; Salad with crisp fresh lettuce, or Chaat, an aromatic blend of onions, peppers, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, and chickpeas, topped with a lightly sweetened yogurt sauce and tangy tamarind date chutney. Guests can choose to dine vegetarian or add proteins such as Tandisserie™ Chicken, braised shredded slow-cooked beef, marinated grilled lamb, or juicy grilled shrimp to their meal. Merzi's sauces, served warm or cold and ranging from mild to spicy, round out the order.
