The first Freshii restaurant will open in mid-May at 3113 St. Paul St. in Charles Village near Johns Hopkins University. A downtown location at 30 Light St. is expected to open in early summer.

Both Baltimore Freshii restaurants will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and will offer catering. Freshii’s menu includes custom built salads, wraps, rice bowls, yogurts and soups. Freshii restaurants feature all-natural chicken, organic beef, and local produce.
