Position: Senior Vice President (SVP) of Worldwide Sales

Overview: Fransmart, the global leader in franchise development, is growing, and we have an immediate need for a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Our portfolio of high growth franchise brands is on target to grow from under 10 brands to over 40 brands. The SVP of Worldwide Sales will help us grow our team of internal sales reps, independent sales agents and our channel sales division accordingly. Our sales team compensation structure is straight commission and our top performing sales reps make over $300k per year.

 

SVP Compensation: $300-$500k total target annual income (base + commission + bonus) plus benefits including health/dental, 401k and paid vacation

 

Job Description: Headquartered in Alexandria, VA, the SVP of Worldwide Sales reports to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. He/she is directly responsible for Fransmart’s revenue, and the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including pipeline forecasting, global sales strategy, team-building and overall sales management. This is a growth oriented position that is directly responsible for global sales revenue and target quotas. The successful candidate will take ownership of growing both traditional and channel sales revenue streams. The SVP of Worldwide Sales will manage a diverse team of a minimum of 30-50 sales directors and independent sales agents located around the world as well as our two US offices.

SVP of Worldwide Sales - Job Requirements:

  • Based in our Alexandria, VA office. Relocation is not available at this time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area
  • 7-10+ years of sales management experience including direct responsibility for pipelines, quota and revenue
  • Experience in building and leading performance based sales teams, similar to real estate, financial services, etc.
  • Successful sales track record
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM system
  • Estimated travel of 30%-40%

 

Position: Junior Sales Associate

Location: Position opening in our West Coast (Irvine, CA) office, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Relocation is not available at this time. We do also work with lead referral agents nationwide on a commission only basis.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Help us shape the future of our organization! In this position, your time will be spent:

  • 60% on business development, outbound calls, and relationship building
  • 20% on following up with incoming leads and those already in our CRM or sales process
  • 10% on administrative work (utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Map Point, etc.)
  • 10% on research (industry news, prospect profiling, personal development, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • Work in our Irvine, California office, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Travel up to 20% of the time
  • Track record of building business through incoming leads and proactive outbound cold calling
  • Interest in helping others, working with decision makers, and improving their business
  • No franchise or restaurant business experience required - Work directly under high performing representatives to start
  • Knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:

  • Base + Commission + Bonus Opportunity
  • Top reps make $150,000 - $300,000 annually
